Returns

Return Policy:

Thank you for purchasing an Ella McHugh handbag!  We hope you love your handbag, but if not, please take the steps below for return.  If you purchased your handbag from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow their policies and procedures for return.

For handbags purchased on EllaMchugh.com: 

1. Please contact us at customercare@ellamchugh.com to request a return.  We will email you a prepaid return label. Returns must be mailed within thirty (30) days of the delivery date of the handbag.

2. Please make sure the handbag you return is unused and in original, undamaged condition, with all tags attached and all original packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue you a refund.

3. Please note that all returns must be shipped from the United States. We cannot accept international returns.

4. Once your package is received by us, please allow seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for your return to be processed.

5. If your return does not meet the conditions above, it will not be accepted and the handbag will be sent back to you. If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail once it has been processed. Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded. 

6. Please note that we can only issue a refund to the original credit card that was used to purchase the handbag.
