Do you offer exchanges?
Ella McHugh does not currently offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your handbag please follow the steps in our return policy and purchase another handbag.
What are my shipping options?
Ella McHugh offers complimentary ground shipping on all orders. Please allow approximately 3-7 days for your order to arrive.
UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Overnight options are also available at an additional cost.
Additionally, discounted 2 Day Express shipping is also available in certain areas. If discounted 2 Day Express shipping is available in your area you will see the option at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Please note that UPS Overnight, UPS 2-day Air, and 2 Day Express orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Ella McHugh currently ships to the 50 U.S. States. We will announce when we add more regions.
What should I do if my handbag arrives damaged?
Please take photos to document any damage to the handbag (or any damaged packaging, if applicable) and email them to us at email@example.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery of the handbag. We will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

How should I care for my Ella McHugh handbag?
Our handbags are made in Italy by third generation artisans, using the finest materials. With gentle handling and proper care you can enjoy your handbag for years to come. Please see our Care page for more information.
Do you offer repair services?
Ella McHugh offers repair services for handbags purchased on EllaMcHugh.com or from one of our authorized retail partners.
During the first two (2) years from the original date of purchase, manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge, as more specifically set forth in our Warranty which can be found here. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the issue and request Warranty repairs. We will email you a prepaid return label for eligible repairs.
Repairs not covered by our Warranty also may be possible. Please contact us at email@example.com and let us know the issue, and we will then contact you to discuss what further actions may be possible.
