Warranty

Warranty:

All Ella McHugh handbags sold on EllaMchugh.com or through our authorized retail partners cary a limited two (2) year warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects. 

If you purchased your handbag on EllaMcHugh.com and you find a manufacturing defect within two years from the purchase date, please contact us at customercare@ellamchugh.com to let us know the issue and request Warranty repairs. We will email you a prepaid return label for eligible repairs.   

If you purchased your handbag from one of our authorized retail partners, please contact the authorized retail partner directly and have them contact us so that we can discuss the issue with the authorized retail partner and arrange for return of the handbag so that we can assess the issue. Alternatively, if you have your original proof of purchase you may follow the procedure in the above paragraph for return of the handbag directly to Ella McHugh, including your original proof of purchase.

Please note that this limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and without limitation does not cover accidental damages, unreasonable or improper use, normal wear and tear, variations in materials (including, without limitation, folds, markings, grain inconsistencies and shade variances found in leather and other natural materials), loss or theft, improper handling, damages caused by a common carrier, loss of use or incidental or consequential damages, or repairs attempted by unauthorized persons. If a common carrier damages your product, contact them immediately to file a claim.

Ella McHugh does not offer a warranty for handbags purchased through unauthorized retail partners. 

The foregoing limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, whether by statute, common law, custom, usage or otherwise.
